REFUND POLICY

Returns:

• Returns of original artwork are accepted within 15 days of receipt.

• To be eligible, artwork must be in the same condition as received, with no damage or alterations.

• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error (e.g., damaged or defective artwork). 

Refunds:

• Upon receiving and inspecting returned artwork, notification of the approval or rejection of the refund will be sent.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

• Refunds will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error.
